DESIGN of Trellchem SUPER Hazmat Suit (gas tight suits):
Trellchem SUPER Hazmat Suit (gas tight suits) comes in four different designs to fit all user preferences:
- Encapsulating design type CV
- Encapsulating design type VP1 (larger visor)
- Non-encapsulating design type T
- Encapsulating for use with external air source, type Freeflow (see Related products)

GARMENT MATERIAL of Trellchem SUPER Hazmat Suit (gas tight suits):
The Trellchem SUPER Hazmat Suit (gas tight suits) material is based on a Nylon fabric coated with high-performance elastomers. This construction maximizes strength and durability while maintaining softness and flexibility. The combination of antistatic butyl rubber with Viton® on top offers an outstanding resistance to chemical attack from a wide range of dif­ferent chemicals.

SEAMS of Trellchem SUPER Hazmat Suit (gas tight suits):
Seams are stitched and sealed inside and outside with a glued-on tape, made of the same rubber type as the fabric coating.

VISOR
The visor is made from a rigid 2 mm impact and chemical resistant PVC and comes in two optional sizes; CV or the larger VP1. Visor of Trellchem SUPER Hazmat Suit (gas tight suits) is covered by a replacable, antistatic Tear-off/ATEX lens.

FACE SEAL
Non-encapsulating (type T) suits have a rubber face seal which is anatomically designed for optimum safety and comfort. Also, a Mini Hood comes with all Trellchem® type T suits.

ZIPPER
The standard zipper is a strong and durable gastight chloroprene rubber coated zipper. EN 943-2/ET certified suits are equipped with the Trellchem® HCR zipper, which includes a barrier film for increased chemical resistance. The zipper is closing downwards, for added safety, and is protected by a splash guard (flap).

VENTILATION
A ventilation system in Trellchem SUPER Hazmat Suit (gas tight suits) is included as standard and adds safety due to a constant level of overpressure inside the suit. The Trellchem® Regulating valve has 3 ventilation rates (2, 30 and 100 l/min) plus zero/off position and is as an option also available in a passthrough version for use with external air supply.

GLOVES
ChemTek™ #38-628 Viton®/Butyl rubber glove in combination with a rubber cuff for added safety. The gloves are attached with the Trellchem® Bayonet glove ring system, which offers quick and simple glove exchange.

FOOTWEAR
Trellchem SUPER Hazmat Suit (gas tight suits) can be fitted with either sewn-in socks/booties made of the garment material or attached Nitrile rubber safety boots with European approval as Firemen’s boots. The boots are fixed with an ergo­nomically designed ring attachment, for simplified boot exchange.
